2 dead after crash on I-195 in Dartmouth

DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE) — Two people are dead after they were thrown from their car Saturday afternoon in a crash on I-195 in Dartmouth.

Massachusetts State Police said the crash happened near Exit 19 by Reed Road around 1:30 p.m.

Only one car was involved, and officials said the two males inside were ejected from the vehicle.

The victims were taken to St. Luke’s Hospital where they died, according to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office.

Officials did not offer any additional information on the victim’s names or ages, and the crash is under investigation by state police.
