2 displaced after mobile home fire in Raynham

RAYNHAM, Mass. (WLNE) — The Raynham Fire Department said two people are displaced after a mobile home fire on May 4.

Around 10:23 p.m., crews responded to a structure fire on Broadway.

Upon arrival, fire crews discovered “heavy fire” in the rear of the mobile home, and that the occupants were outside, according to Raynham Fire Chief Bryan LaCivita.

Raynham firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the flames, and the scene was cleared around 12:30 a.m.

The two occupants were taken to Morton Hospital for evaluation.

The home is deemed a “total loss.”

Mutual aid responded to the scene, as well as off-duty Raynham firefighters.
