3 suspects arraigned after Providence College overdose incident
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The three suspects charged in connection to the drug overdoses of seven Providence College students were arraigned Monday.
According to Providence police and Providence College police, seven students were given Narcan and hospitalized after an overdose incident on Dec. 5.
During the investigation, police said three suspects were arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
33-year-old Angel Williams was charged with possession of multiple firearms.
32-year-old Patrick Patterson faces several charges, including multiple counts of committing a crime of violence while armed, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, and possession with intent to deliver fentanyl.
33-year-old Kimsheree Simoneau was charged with possession or control of a ghost gun, undetectable firearm, or firearm produced by a 3D-printing process.
All three appeared in court for arraignment on Monday.
Williams and Patterson were held without bail.
Kimsheree Simoneau was given $2,500 bail.
