38th annual World Trade Day to be observed at Bryant University

SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WLNE) — The 38th annual World Trade Day will be observed at Bryant University today.

Rhode Island Governor Dan McKee and Secretary of State of Commerce Liz Tanner will be at the university to speak.

This year’s topic will focus on “supply chain resiliency” where speakers will focus on the importance of domestic supply chains for the local and national economy.

The event will start at 9 a.m. at the Chafee Center.
