4th of July fireworks: Changes and cancellations

Due to a forecast of potentially severe weather, many communities in the area have announced that they are rescheduling, or canceling, their fireworks displays for the 4th of July holiday.
Here is a list of what we’ve compiled so far:
The BankRI Independence Day Celebration at India Point Park in Providence scheduled for Friday, July 4 has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 5. The Rhode Island Philharmonic Pops Orchestra will perform at 7:30 p.m., followed by the fireworks display at 9:15 p.m.
The Boston Pops concert and fireworks show on the Esplanade has been moved from Friday, July 4 to Thursday, July 3 at 8:00 p.m.
The Oakland Beach fireworks display in Warwick has been moved from Thursday, July 3 to Saturday, July 5 at 9:00 p.m.
Fall River has postponed the firework display from Thursday, July 4 to Saturday, July 5.
Cumberland has rescheduled its celebration from July 3rd to July 5th starting at 7 p.m.
East Providence has postponed their fireworks display and moved it to Saturday, July 5 at 6:00 p.m. at Pierce Stadium.
Patriot Place in Foxboro has canceled its Fireworks Spectacular show scheduled for Thursday, July 3.
Newport has rescheduled its firework display from July 4 to July 5 over the harbor.
South Kingstown has postponed their fireworks display until Saturday, July 5th.
The Snug Harbor 4th of July Parade in South Kingstown has also been cancelled. There is no rain date.
New Bedford has been rescheduled for Saturday, July 5th at 9:00 p.m.
Narragansett and Block Island have been postponed to a later date.
Fireworks at Escobar Farm in Portsmouth are postponed until Saturday July 5th.
The fireworks in Jamestown have been postponed until Sunday July 6th.
The town of Glocester’s Ancients and Horribles Parade will go on as scheduled tomorrow at 4 p.m.
