6 arrested after alleged narcotics seizure in Fall River

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — The Fall River Police Department said 6 people were arrested after police allegedly discovered narcotics inside two residences on Oct. 20.

On the night of Oct. 20, police executed a search warrant at a residence on Union Street and allegedly seized about 13.12 grams of crack cocaine, 3.5 oxycodone pills, 26 suboxone strips, a digital scale, and a BB gun.

After the seizure, police arrested 38-year-old Shana Taylor, 42-year-old Ann Marie Sullivan. and 26-year-old Krystal Brownell.

Police added that Sullivan and Brownell were also arrested on outstanding warrants.

About one mile away, police searched a residence on John Street and allegedly discovered about 51 blue glassine baggies of suspected fentanyl, 38 baggies of suspected fentanyl, 2.42 grams of crack cocaine, a small amount of crack cocaine, and a Glock-style BB gun.

After the discovery, police arrested 48-year-old Jessica Harper, 43-year-old Plino Lopez, and 45-year-old James Mercer.

Lopez and Mercer were also arrested on active warrants.
