Pope Francis takes a tumble

Pope Francis is okay, but he took a tumble at mass this morning.

The 79-year-old pontiff missed a step and fell to the ground as he was coming to an open air altar to celebrate mass in Poland.

His spokesperson says Francis was deep in thought and was also wearing a long robe and just did not notice it.

Several priests rushed to help him up and straightened his robe and the mass went on as planned.

The pope was delivering a long sermon before tens of thousands of faithful.
