Cranston East Beats Middletown in Baseball, LaSalle Sweeps Chariho in Volleyball

Cranston East exploded for 4 runs in the 4th inning to beat visiting Middletown, 4 to 1.  The Thunderbolts have now won 7 of their last 8 games to put themselves back in the playoff picture.

LaSalle swept visiting Chariho, 3-0 in volleyball.  The Rams are now 11 and 2.
