The search continues for missing boater

Emergency crews in Fall River are still searching for a missing boater.
Police were called to the boat launch at Dave’s Beach in Fall River around 4:45 Saturday for a report that a man had jumped off his boat and never resurfaced, according to police.
Police and fire searched the waters of South Watuppa pond for several hours Saturday, and have continued the search Sunday as well, but so far the man has not turned up.
Authorities say he’s his 30’s and was with his family when it happened. Early reports were that the man was wearing a life jacket.
