P.F. Chang’s frozen food recall

Approximately 195,600 pounds of P.F. Chang’s frozen dinners are being recalled by ConAgra Foods after containing pieces of metal in them.

Possible contamination from metal fragments were found in the sauce of the frozen entrees.

The frozen entrees are potentially curled, malleable and shiny and are between two and nine millimeters in diameter.

The first contamination was discovered on July 1st after a worker found metal fragments, while distributing sugar from a supplier for sauce formulation.

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions or injuries from consumption.
