Barrington Claims State Girls Swim Title Without Winning a Single Event

The Barrington Eagles made it back-to-back state swim titles despite not winning a single race on Championship Saturday.
The Eagles won with 262 points, North Kingstown was second at 244.50, and LaSalle third with 234 points.
Bay View’s Kate Magill was a double winner, along with Narragansett’s Michaela Degnan, and Lincoln’s Mollie Westrick. Mollie broke her own state record in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.69.
