Police: Drunk man found near car engulfed in flames

Police responded to a fire incident on I-95 in Attleboro on Tuesday morning.
Police say 34-year-old Jony Resto from Elizabeth, NJ was found intoxicated beside a burning vehicle.
Police searched the suspect and possessed a .380 handgun for which he has no license to carry.
Resto has a criminal history that forbids him from legally purchasing firearms.
