Pawtucket, RI-   The Pawtucket Red Sox will open their new fan experience called Mondor Way on Memorial Day weekend at Mc Coy Stadium.  Mondor Way is named in honor of long time PawSox owner Ben Mondor, who passed away in 2010.

Mondor Way will open two hours before each game and also allow fans inside the main gate area of the ballpark a bit early. Visitors will be able to view batting practice from the left-field “Rock Garden” and step inside the Team Store, before the staircase to the full ballpark is opened to the crowd starting 90 minutes before first pitch. Mondor Way will remain open for fans to visit through the 7th-inning of each game.

The street-like atmosphere, based on the famous Yawkey Way in Boston, will feature live entertainment, activities and an expanded food menu.
