Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady will file a petition to have his Deflategate case reheard in federal court.
ABC News is reporting that Brady’s lawyers will ask the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals to rehear the case in front of a full panel of judges.
Brady’s 4-game suspension was reinstated last month after the court ruled in favor of the NFL with a 2-1 decision. Monday was the deadline for Brady to file the appeal.
