Burrillville Police investigating death of 15-month-old child

Burrillville Police are investigating the death of a 15-month-old boy that happened Tuesday morning.

Police say the child was found unresponsive in his home at around 9:10 a.m. Emergency crews rushed to the scene and transported the child to Landmark Medical Center.

He died a short time later.

Police say the Medical Examiner’s Office and the Attorney General are investigating the cause of the child’s death.
