Providence Police search for suspect in purse snatching

Providence Police are searching for a suspect who’s accused of stealing a woman’s purse after a physical altercation in Rebel Lounge on March 26th.
Police say, two female patrons were involved in a physical altercation where one woman dropped her dropped her Louis Vuitton purse which had a large amount of cash, credit cards and an iPhone 6s inside.
Caught on surveillance video, the suspect quickly picks up the handbag and items then proceeds to exit the dance floor.
Police say, the suspect left the club with three women.
On another surveillance video from the Sunoco in Lincoln, the suspect was caught using the stolen bank card to purchase gas.
The suspect is described as a male last seen wearing a striped shirt and blazer.
