NEW: No slogan replacement for “Cooler & Warmer”

There will be no new slogan to replace “Cooler & Warmer”.
That announcement comes from the RI Secretary of Commerce, Stefan Pryor, who spoke before the House Finance Committee Wednesday afternoon.
The campaign is now focusing on the logo, he says. He admits “regrettable” mistakes during last month’s campaign rollout.
The Commerce Corporation is seeking a renewed $5 million for tourism and marketing for the fiscal year 2017.
