Dartmouth Police search for suspects in Chipotle armed robbery

Dartmouth Police are searching for two suspects in an armed robbery of a Chipotle restaurant Sunday night.
Police say two masked men with guns entered the location on State Road at around 10:30 p.m. and forced three employees into the cooler while taking another into the managers office.
"One of the employees said please don’t shoot. That grabbed the manager’s attention at which point in time he turned around and the suspect put the gun on him," said Detective Kyle Costa. "The manager immediately grabbed the gun and that tussle ensued."
The manager was able to escape and call 911. The suspect fled with about $300.
"Thankfully nobody was hurt. Obviously the employees that were all effected by this were really shaken up," said Costa.
Both suspects are described as dark skinned males wearing dark clothing and masks. One of the males was approximately 5’9” – 6’00” with a stocky build, while the other male was approximately 5’6” – 5’9” with a slim build.
A spokesperson for Chipotle released a statement Monday, saying, "We are cooperating with law enforcement officials and will do anything we can to help ensure those who are responsible for his are apprehended."
Anyone with information leading to the identification of the suspects is asked to contact either Detective Kyle Costa or Detective Ryan Mitchell at 508-910-1700.
