New Bedford COVID-19 testing site adds extra day, accommodating post-holiday demand

NEW BEDFORD, MASS. (WLNE)- A COVID-19 testing site at New Bedford Regional Airport has resumed its normal schedule over the weekend and added an additional day of testing, anticipating a large demand after holiday gatherings.

The appointment-based COVID-19 testing at New Bedford Regional Airport has resumed its normal schedule Sunday, adding an additional day of testing on January 5.

Hours:

Sundays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Mondays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesdays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
That schedule will continue through March 31, 2022.

The additional testing on Wednesday will be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m..

COVID-19 testing is available in the rear section of the main parking lot.
