PC Friars Ranked 11th in both AP and USA Today Coaches Poll

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Providence College men’s basketball team is ranked No. 11 in the Associated Press Poll and No. 11 in the most recent USA Today Coaches Poll. Both polls which were released today (Feb. 1). It marks the 10th consecutive week this season the Friars have been ranked.  The last time the Friars were ranked for 10 or more weeks in a season was in 1977-78 when the squad was ranked for 13 weeks.
The Friars have posted an 18-4 mark overall and a 6-3 record in BIG EAST action.  
Providence will return to action on Tuesday, Feb. 2 at DePaul at 9 p.m. ET on FS1.
