Domestic assault victim dies, suspect still sought

The victim of a domestic assault that occurred in Central Falls earlier this month has died.

48-year-old Sherry Price Mann has succumbed to her injuries after police say she was beaten by her boyfriend, 53-year-old Percy Abbott, and left in critical condition.

Investigators are still searching for Abbott, whose felony assault charge has been updated to domestic murder.

Police say the couple got into an argument at their Summer Street home that turned physical.
