PC Friars Slide in College Basketball Polls

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The Providence College men’s basketball team is ranked No. 16 in the Associated Press Poll and No. 17 in the most recent USA Today Coaches Poll. Both polls were released today (Jan. 18). It marks the eighth consecutive week that the Friars have been ranked in the national polls. 

The Friars have posted a 15-3 mark overall and a 3-2 record in the BIG EAST.

Providence will return to action on Tuesday, Jan. 19 when it hosts No. 18/24 Butler at 6:30 p.m. on Fox Sports 1.
