FALL RIVER, M.A. (WLNE) – One of city’s top ten most wanted is officially off the streets.

Fall River Police announced on Friday that 43-year-old Melvin Ward of Fall River turned himself into authorities on Wednesday.

Ward was wanted on charges strangulation or suffocation, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery against a family member.
