The University of Rhode Island’s Chi Phi fraternity has been suspended for the next four years.

The University says the fraternity was suspended for repeat violations of the school’s substance abuse policy.

About 40 students who live in the frat house will have to find new places to live by the end of next week. The school is currently working to relocate the members.
