Patriots’ Nate Solder reveals son has kidney cancer

New England Patriots offensive lineman Nate Solder has revealed that his infant son, Hudson, has cancer.

Solder, a cancer survivor himself, made the announcement Monday at the Joe Andruzzi Foundation’s eight annual Gratitude Gala in Foxborough.

He says Hudson was diagnosed with a Wilm’s tumor in his kidneys and has already started multiple rounds of chemotherapy.

Monday night, Solder tweeted a photo of his son, thanking everyone for their support.
