3 men arrested in Cranston for armed robbery

Cranston police arrest three men after allegedly pistol whipping a man Thursday night.

25 year old Alexander Collins, of West Warwick, 30 year old Eric Perkins, of Cranston, and 35 year old Anton Dublins of Providence were arrested for armed robbery on September 3rd at 8:30 p.m.

The suspects were ordered held without bail after being arraigned at the Third District Court in Warwick.

They are being charged with First Degree Robbery and Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Robbery. Perkins was also charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.

The suspects allegedly beat and pistol whipped a 29 year old man, then took his iPhone, on the corner of Cranston Street and Depot Avenue, then left in a black Ford F150 bearing a New York registration.

The victim suffered from minor injuries and identified the three suspects after police found them on the corner of Cranston Street and Superior Street.
