Block Island Ferries and offices closed for Saturday

NEW SHOREHAM, R.I. (WLNE)- Due to the Blizzard Warning for Southern New England, the Block Island Ferry and offices will be closed throughout Saturday.

Services are eyeing a potential Sunday re-open if travel conditions remain safe on both the mainland and Block Island Sound.

Those who had reservations ahead of time for Sunday can contact the services at info@blockislandferry.com

The announcement was made on the Block Island Ferry website.
