Two men arrested for murder after body found on boat

Two men have been charged with murder after a body was located on a boat in Warwick over the weekend.
Police say the victim, 70-year-old Fernando Silva who was known as ‘Captain Freddy’, was found by the harbor master in a boat at the end of Randall Avenue on August 15.
40-year-old Richard Baribault of Warwick and 44-year-old Troy Gunderway, also of Warwick, were arraigned in 3rd District Court Thursday afternoon.
A press conference took place at the police station at 5 p.m.
