The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is investigating a report of a fatal aerial lift collapse in Taunton on Monday.
Officials say the aerial lift collapsed near a parking lot by Morton Hospital on August 17th. The employee worked for Skyline Contracting & Roofing Corp.
OSHA is investigating to verify if there were any workplace safety violations.
