A Pawtucket man arraigned on breaking and entering charges in Providence Friday morning.

Daryl Wing-Spikes, 47, of Pawtucket, was arraigned at the Sixth District court on August 14th and held at the ACI after allegedly admitting to detectives he broke into a cash register at the Kandel Food Market on Broad Street and took $500 cash. He was given a $10,000.00 personal recognizance bail.

Daryl was located Friday in an apartment at Kennedy Manor after police had been notified by the Director of Protective Services for the Pawtucket Housing Authority, James Ruthowski, that Spikes was in an apartment at the manor.

He was arrested for being wanted as a fugitive from justice in Massachusetts.

Spikes was identified by Director Ruthowski after he was seen on the manors surveillance camera not long after the breaking and entering.
