Pawtucket Police arrest 1, seek another in breaking & entering

Pawtucket Police arrest a man and search for another for breaking and entering Thursday morning.
22 year old Michael Whipple is being charged with Conspiracy to Commit Breaking and Entering and Breaking and Entering, six counts each after he was arrested when police found him hiding in a basement on July 23rd on Elmcrest Drive at 11:20 a.m.
Police say they have also identified 23 year old John Martin who was also allegedly involved in various crimes. Police are seeking his arrest.
Whipple was involved in eight other house break-in crimes in the area, according to police.
