EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) _ Police say they have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of a 42-year-old man inside his East Providence barbershop.
Police announced Wednesday that 33-year-old Thomas Mosley, of Providence, was arrested on Tuesday for the alleged murder of Yusef A'Vant, who was shot to death last year while working at Krazy Kuts on Pawtucket Avenue.
Police Chief Christopher Parella could not comment on the nature of the relationship between A'Vant and Mosley but said that police believe A'Vant was targeted.
Mosley was arraigned on Wednesday and was ordered held without bail.
