Woonsocket men arrested on drug charges

The Woonsocket Police Department made two arrests Wednesday evening around 6 on charges of possession of narcotics with intent to deliver.

Jesus Alicia, 28, of Woonsocket and his brother Jose Alicia, 31 were arrested after police located Jesus who was a suspect in an earlier incident, in a car with his brother on Foundry Street in Woonsocket.

After questioning the brothers Police found Jose to be in possession of a plastic bag with a powdery substance that was tested positive for cocaine. An inventory of the vehicle was conducted by the officers when they discovered seventy seven grams of heroin, one hundred and twenty two grams of cocaine, and nineteen grams of marijuana along with $11,794 in cash.
