Johnston man arrested twice in 2 weeks for DUI

Rhode Island State Police arrest a
Police say on June 11th at 5:30 p.m. they received calls about a reckless driver on Route 146 North in
Michael Vizzacco, 45, of
Vizzacco was taken to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he refused a breathalyzer test.
He was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and arraigned in the Third Division District Court.
He was held as a bail violator and is scheduled for a pre-trial conference on June 25th.
Vizzacco allegedly struck a State Police cruiser on June 1st at 9:25 a.m. on Route 295 in Smithfield where he took field sobriety tests and demonstrated signs of impairment.
