Flash Flood Watch Continues
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH remains in effect for most of SNE. The Watch is in effect now through this evening as heavy bands of rain move thru the region throughout the.
Forecast: periods of moderate to heavy rain into this evening and highs once again only in the low to mid 50’s. Additional rain amounts will be around 1 to 2 inches. Expect some river flooding and poor-drainage flooding thru the period. Remember never try to drive thru a flooded road. It will also be a bit breezy, with cool NE winds up to 15 mph.
Some lingering showers and fog will be possible tonight, with conditions improving by Wednesday, which looks to be mostly sunny and dry with highs in the mid 60’s. By Thursday and Friday temperatures will be closer to normal under partly sunny skies.
