New Bedford man arrested drug and gun charges

Police arrested a New Bedford was arrested Thursday night on drug and firearm charges.

Police arrested 35-year-old David Brown after a search warrant lead to the discovery of 15 bags of heroin packaged for sale and an unlicensed Cobra .380 caliber semi-automatic handgun.

New Bedford Police say Brown is scheduled to be arraigned this morning.
