RISPCA holding event to empty shelters, and offer discounts on adoptions

RIVERSIDE, R.I. (WLNE) -This event comes as shelters nationwide are celebrating National Animal Adoption day. 

The event goes from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m., where they will be offering discounts on adoption fees, and more.
