Beluga whales spotted at East Greenwich Yacht Club

Folks at the East Greenwich Yacht Club got a big surprise Tuesday.
Stewards at the club captured a video of three beluga whales who have been splashing around Narragansett Bay for the past few days.
A couple of employees were out on the water moving boats around 9 a.m. when they heard something splash around. When they looked, it was the three whales surfacing right next to their boat.
Scientists from Mystic Aquarium are monitoring the whales, which were last seen moving towards Apponaug.
