Suspect in armed sexual assault arrested in MA

The man wanted in connection to an armed sexual assault in Woonsocket has been arrested in Brockton, Massachusetts.

36-year-old Reynaldo Rios, of Dorchester, MA, is charged with first degree sexual assault after threatening and assaulting a female victim on May 7th.

Police say Rios met the victim through a social media dating website and arranged to meet at her residence. Upon arrival, Rios asked the victim to go for a ride, and when she refused, he put a gun to her head before dragging her to a secluded area and assaulting her. He then walked to his vehicle and sped off.

Rios is scheduled to be arraigned in Brockton District Court on May 14th as a fugitive from justice.
