Man, juvenile arrested in Central Falls for robbery

Central Falls Police have arrested a man and a juvenile after they beat and robbed a victim in the city Sunday night.
Police say that 23-year-old Mayovanex Oleaga, of Central Falls, a 17-year-old male from Pawtucket, and a third suspect, knocked on the door of an apartment at 89 Butler Avenue and then attacked the residents before robbing them.
The victims told police that the suspects punched and kicked them in their faces and heads before striking them with beer bottles and stealing their personal effects.
The three suspects fled towards Dexter Street before police apprehended Oleaga and the juvenile on foot. A cell phone and a wallet belonging to one of the victims were also located.
The victims were taken to Pawtucket Memorial Hospital after sustaining face, body, and blunt force trauma injuries to their heads.
Oleaga was arrested and arraigned, charged with two counts of first degree robbery among other charges. The juvenile was arraigned in Family Court, charged with two counts of first degree robbery, as well as other charges.
The third suspect is yet to be identified and the case is still under investigation.
