Fall River woman arrested in Wareham on drug charges

A Fall River woman was arrested in Wareham after police found a variety of drugs in her vehicle.
Wareham Police arrived on scene at 420 Main Street for a reported altercation between a female and two males. On scene, police located 32-year-old Victoria Quintal barefoot outside her car. She appeared to be intoxicated when she told officer she was meeting with two men she met online and denied being physically assaulted.
Officers located two firearms on the front seat of Quintal’s vehicle, which were determined to be two pellet guns. As the weapons were recovered, police found several individually wrapped packages containing a substance suspected to be heroin, as well as a digital scale.
Bags of Oxycodone, Diazepam, and Suboxone pills were discovered, as well as a bag with a small amount of crack cocaine and marijuana.
Quintal was arrested on multiple charges for possessing and selling drugs. She will be arraigned at Wareham District Court on Tuesday, April 21. Investigation of this incident is ongoing.
