Man falls through manhole in Providence

The Providence Police Department responds to an incident where a man was injured when he fell through an open manhole.
The Providence Police Department tells ABC6 a man was walking along Oxford Street when he fell through a manhole about knee deep.
The victim was transported to the Hospital with minor injuries.
Officials say the manhole cover is believed to have been stolen. In the past, people have stolen manhole covers and scrapped them for metal.
