WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE)- A tractor-trailer pulled down power lines and a telephone pole in Warwick on Saturday morning, according to the city’s police department.

Police said that the truck was too tall and got caught up on overhanging power lines while driving on Oakland Beach Avenue at around 11 a.m.

The truck ended up pulling the telephone down, causing minor power issues for neighbors.

Traffic had to be diverted while utility crews helped clear the scene.

No one was injured during the incident.
