PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) _ A Pawtucket man who is on probation for possession of child pornography has been arrested again on the same charge.

Forty-five-year-old Christopher J. Calabro was in court Monday for a bail review after having been remanded to the Adult Correctional Institute as a bail violator.

Rhode Island State Police say their Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force was assisting the U.S. Marshal’s Sex Offender Law Enforcement Multi-disciplinary Network (SOLEMN) Task Force and the Pawtucket police with sex offender compliance checks Saturday when they discovered Calabro’s cellphone contained child pornography.

Calabro pleaded no contest in 2013 in superior court to possessing child pornography. He was sentenced to a five-year suspended sentence during five years of probation.

It is unclear whether Calabro has an attorney who could comment on his behalf.
