Providence men charged with sex trafficking 14-year-old girl

Two Providence men have been arrested on sex trafficking charges.
20-year-old Franklin Liberto and 19-year-old Mackenzy Scott are accused of taking the a 14 -year-old Rhode Island girl to motels in Seekonk and in Warwick, as well as transporting her to several locations around Rhode Island to sell them for sex.
The alleged incidents happened between December 2014 and this past February.
Liberto and Scott are charged with one count each of sex trafficking of a child, conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of a child, transportation of a minor with the intent to engage in sexual activity and conspiracy to transport a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
