Former Bristol Police cop charged with breaking and entering

A former Bristol Police officer was arrested late last month for allegedly breaking into a person’s apartment and stealing prescribed medication.
27-year-old Spencer Parks, of Warren, was arrested after someone came forward with video evidence of Parks allegedly breaking into their apartment and stealing the medication.
Parks was arrested and released on personal recognizance.
Parks was charged with one count of breaking and entering an one count of larceny under fifteen hundred dollars.
Officials say the case is still pending.
