Feds visit Providence VA Medical Center

ABC6 has learned that federal investigators have recently visited the Providence VA Medical Center.
A spokesman for the VA, Officer Winfield Danielson, says that investigators from the FBI and the Office of the Inspector General questioned a staff member back on March 23rd.
Specific details about what brought the feds to the VA Medical Center were not revealed, although Danielson says they are cooperating with the investigation.
