The owner claims re-reimbursements are coming but we’ve also learned the gym is dealing with legal and financial problems as well.
Inside the gym are weights, cardio equipment and the contents of Devan Kugel’s locker.
“I have $200-300 worth of stuff in that locker that I can’t use, so now it’s almost to the point where I’m going to have to buy new stuff,” says Kugel.
Kugel says he’s tried to contact the gym’s owner and management staff several times but hasn’t heard back.

Moretti says he’s in negotiations for a new lease making all that water under the bridge.

“If they’re not going to open just give me my stuff and let me join another gym. But if they’re going to open I’ll wait it out,” says Kugel.
