The Pilgrim boys defeated Scituate, 64 to 55 in a battle of two leaders in Division III. The Patriots Ethan Schneider hit six triples on his way to a game high 22 points.
In girls basketball, Smithfield beat visiting South Kingstown, 62 to 39.
