Group pleads guilty to Forsyth St home invasion

Five people have pleaded guilty to their roles in a violent home invasion of
Miguel Perez, 21 of
Evan Waston, 24, of
The other three individuals, Tommey Ngo, 24, Vypatda Sophan,23, both of
The Attorney Generals office say on July 11, 2014 Sophan and Potter knocked on the front door of a residence while the three men waited for the owner to open the door, then forced their way in. The group was looking for money.
A struggle ensued leading to the suspects shooting two individuals. The two individuals shot suffered minor injuries.
